The City of Cape Town is set to sign the Host City Agreement with Icsid by the end of March 2012. During this time the City will work with the task team established by the Mayor to identify and/ or design the organisation that will run World Design Capital 2014. Once this is complete, the work on developing WDC2014 will commence in earnest, and the mechanisms for submission and evaluations of proposals will be put in place.
